2. About Skanda Dia Foundation

Skanda Dia Foundation (“the Foundation”, “we”, “us”) is a registered charitable Trust/Society based at 8/143, Yellanhalli, The Nilgiris – 643 243, Tamil Nadu, India, registered with NGO Darpan and holding 12A, 80G, and FCRA registrations. 3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its accounts, or the systems and networks connected to it.

Content on this Website — including but not limited to text, images, the Spiritual Library’s translated texts, and the design of the site itself — is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of this Website without our prior written permission.

4. Accounts & Membership

Certain areas of the Website (such as the Spiritual Library’s secure reader, your membership card, and volunteer/vendor registration) require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Access to protected books in the Spiritual Library is granted for personal reading only. Downloading, screenshotting, printing, or redistributing protected book content is not permitted, and each page you read carries a visible watermark identifying your account for this reason. Any personal notes you make while reading are private to your own account.

5. Intellectual Property & Translations

The Foundation publishes translated and adapted editions of Tamil Siddhar texts and related devotional material in the Spiritual Library. These translations are prepared to the best of our present knowledge and available resources, and are clearly marked as such within the reader itself. If you notice an error, have a question about a translation, or wish to help us improve one, please contact us — corrections are always welcome.

6. Donations

Donations made through this Website are processed via our donation platform and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Donations are voluntary contributions to the Foundation’s charitable work and, except where that policy provides otherwise, are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Website uses or links to third-party services for functions such as sign-in (Google, Meta/Facebook), payments, maps, video (YouTube), and messaging (WhatsApp). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
