Account & registration information: when you register as a volunteer, vendor, or member, we collect your name, email address, and any other details the relevant registration form asks for.

Donation information: when you donate, your payment is processed by our donation platform and payment gateway. We receive your name, email, and the donation amount for our records and to issue tax receipts; we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — those are handled directly by the payment gateway under its own security and privacy practices.

Contact form submissions: messages you send us through the Website’s contact or document-request forms, including any details you choose to include.

Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Website secure and working correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process donations and issue receipts, respond to your enquiries, send updates you’ve opted into (such as our newsletter), and to maintain the security and proper functioning of the Website.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share information only where necessary — with our payment gateway to process a donation, with service providers who help us run the Website (such as hosting and email delivery), or where required by law or by a regulatory authority.

We only receive the minimum information those services provide (such as your name and email, if you choose to sign in that way).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including restricting access to registered members’ own data (for example, your membership card and library notes are visible only to you) and gating protected Spiritual Library content behind login.
